Your best decisions start with trusting yourself.

Whole Mind coaching for leaders with too much information, not enough inner clarity.

Leaders right now are caught in a trap: the world is demanding faster, higher-stakes decisions, AI is generating more input than ever, and the inner voice that used to cut through the noise — the one built from 20 or 30 years of experience — has gone quiet.

Whole Mind coaching reconnects you to your inner voice. Decreases the fear of slowing down. Nurtures the deeper reasoning and groundedness that’s essential for good decisions today.

Jen Rice is trained in Presence-Based leadership coaching, and has created tools to help you more effectively harness your emotional, physical, analytical and creative mind modes. You’ll develop:

  • Clearer, more authentic decisions

  • Improved structured thinking and reasoning

  • Improved ability to hear and trust your gut

  • The skill of tapping multiple intelligences to solve tough problems.

Whole-Mind coaching integrates multiple intelligences into a holistic approach to leadership decision quality.

Meet your coach.

Hi, I’m Jen Rice. In the last thirty years, I’ve worked in both creative fields and in management consulting, which balanced out my innovative thinking style with a more structured approach to decisions.

My work also involved years of research into understanding why we humans buy stuff we don’t even need. Emotion, not logic, drives every decision, and each of us has a “motivational signature” that underpins why we do what we do.

More recently I trained in somatic leadership coaching at the Presence-Based Coaching institute — which rounded out my “whole-mind” intelligence skills with essential body-based signals.

I’ve discovered for myself — and with my clients — that tapping into all these modes of intelligence can unlock astonishing levels of clarity… plus create a sense of groundedness so essential today.

I’m a relentless traveler and explorer. I work with clients globally, usually from London and European time zones.
